Terms & Condition
Welcome to Sex Toy India.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, customer-support channels and all associated features made available through sextoyindia.co.in
The website is owned and operated by:
Legal Business Name: Sex Toy India
Trading Name: Sex Toy India
Business Email: sextoyindiainfo@gmial.com
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the expressions “Company,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the legal entity operating Sex Toy India. The expressions “customer,” “user,” “you” and “your” refer to any person who visits the website, creates an account, communicates with us, places an order or purchases a product.
By accessing the website, browsing our products, creating an account, submitting personal information, placing an order, making a payment or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
When you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the website or purchase products from us.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policy displayed on the website. These documents collectively form the agreement between you and the Company.
Adult-Only Website
The website and the products offered through it are intended exclusively for adults who are at least eighteen years old.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you represent and confirm that:
- You are at least eighteen years old.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You are accessing the website voluntarily.
- You are purchasing products for lawful adult use.
- You will not purchase or provide any product for a minor.
- You will not permit a minor to access your account or use products purchased from us.
- The purchase, possession and use of the selected product are lawful at your location.
Under the Majority Act, a person domiciled in India generally attains majority at eighteen years of age.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, suspend an account or refuse service when we reasonably believe that a customer is under eighteen years old, has provided false age information or is attempting to purchase products for a minor.
We may request reasonable age-verification information where necessary. Any information collected for age verification will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Acceptance of the Agreement
Your use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
An order submitted through the website represents your offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An automated order-confirmation email does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.
Your order is generally considered accepted when payment verification is completed, the product is allocated for fulfilment and a dispatch confirmation is issued.
Contracts formed through electronic means are not denied validity solely because electronic communication was used. Section 10A of the Information Technology Act addresses the validity of contracts formed through electronic means.
We may require you to confirm your acceptance of these Terms by selecting a checkbox during checkout. You must not place an order unless you understand and agree to the applicable policies.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, website features, products, payment methods, delivery procedures, applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
The latest version will be displayed on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply from the date on which they are published unless another date is clearly stated. Material changes affecting an order already accepted will not normally apply retrospectively unless the change is required by law or is necessary to protect customers.
You should review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after an updated version is published indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Registration
Certain website features may require you to create a customer account.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must not create an account using another person’s identity, email address, telephone number or delivery information without lawful authority.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- Restricting access to your device.
- Keeping your contact information updated.
- Reviewing activity conducted through your account.
- Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
- Ensuring that no minor uses your account.
You must use a strong password and should not share your account credentials with another person.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect account credentials unless responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may temporarily suspend an account where we detect unusual login activity, suspected fraud, repeated payment failures or another security concern.
Guest Checkout
Where guest checkout is available, you may place an order without registering an account.
Guest customers remain bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies.
You must provide a valid email address, mobile number, billing details and complete delivery address. You are responsible for retaining the order-confirmation message and order number for tracking, returns and customer-support purposes.
Guest checkout does not reduce your obligations relating to age eligibility, payment authorisation, lawful use or accurate customer information.
Accuracy of Customer Information
You must provide accurate information during account registration, checkout and customer-support communication.
This includes your:
- Full name.
- Mobile number.
- Email address.
- Billing address.
- Delivery address.
- PIN code.
- Payment information.
- Tax information, where relevant.
We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by you.
When you notice an error in your order information, you should contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the order before dispatch, but changes may not be possible after the package has been handed to the courier.
Submitting false customer, delivery or payment information may result in order cancellation, account restriction and further action where appropriate.
Privacy-Focused Shopping Experience
We recognise that adult-wellness purchases are personal and sensitive.
We aim to provide a respectful, confidential and judgment-free shopping experience. Order information is accessed only by personnel and service providers who reasonably require it for payment processing, fulfilment, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Although we take reasonable steps to protect privacy, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. Certain information may need to be shared with payment processors, courier partners, technology providers, professional advisers or government authorities where required for legitimate business operations or by law.
Our handling of personal information is explained in greater detail in our Privacy Policy.
Product Categories
The website may offer adult-wellness, intimate-care, personal-care, relationship-wellness and associated products.
Product categories may include personal massagers, intimate accessories, lubricants, cleaning products, condoms, lingerie, wellness devices, storage products and related adult-care items.
Availability may change without prior notice.
The appearance of a product on the website does not guarantee that it is available for delivery to every location. Certain products may be unavailable because of stock limitations, courier restrictions, supplier conditions or legal requirements.
We reserve the right to add, remove, limit or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate and useful product information.
Product listings may include:
- Product photographs.
- Dimensions and measurements.
- Material information.
- Colour and design.
- Intended features.
- Package contents.
- Charging information.
- Battery details.
- Water-resistance information.
- Usage guidance.
- Cleaning instructions.
- Manufacturer information.
- Country-of-origin information.
- Warranty details.
- Customer reviews.
You should read the full product description before placing an order.
Minor variations may occur because of screen settings, photography conditions, manufacturing batches, packaging updates, supplier changes or measurement methods.
A product’s colour may appear different on different screens. Measurements may vary slightly where products are flexible, handmade or measured manually.
Product packaging may be updated by the manufacturer without prior notice, provided that the essential identity and functionality of the product remain substantially unchanged.
Where a product received is materially different from the description displayed at the time of purchase, you may contact us under the Return and Refund Policy.
Product Images
Product images are provided to help customers understand the general appearance, design and features of the product.
Images may be digitally edited for size, brightness, background removal or presentation. Accessories appearing in lifestyle photographs may not be included unless specifically mentioned under package contents.
Customers should rely on the written description, measurements and package-content information in addition to product images.
We do not guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.
Where the appearance or specification of a product is particularly important to you, contact customer support before ordering.
Mandatory Product Information
Product pages and packaging may display declarations required under applicable consumer and packaged-commodity requirements.
Depending on the product and its packaging, information may include the name and address of the manufacturer, packer or importer, net quantity, maximum retail price, month and year information, customer-care details and country of origin.
Indian Legal Metrology requirements prescribe mandatory declarations for covered pre-packaged commodities, and e-commerce entities are required to ensure that relevant declarations are displayed online, subject to applicable exceptions.
Customers should preserve the original product packaging where they may need to raise a warranty, authenticity or product-information query.
Product Availability
Products are offered subject to stock availability.
Adding a product to your cart, wishlist or saved-items list does not reserve the product. Stock may be purchased by another customer before you complete checkout.
An order may be cancelled when:
- The product becomes unavailable.
- The supplier cannot fulfil the product.
- Stock is damaged or unsuitable for dispatch.
- A website inventory error occurs.
- Delivery to your PIN code is unavailable.
- A legal or regulatory concern arises.
When a prepaid order is cancelled because of product unavailability, the eligible amount will be refunded according to our refund process.
Where only part of an order is unavailable, we may dispatch the remaining products after informing you or may offer the option to cancel the affected items.
Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, materials, functions, compatibility and usage instructions before purchasing.
Personal comfort and preferences vary from one individual to another. A product suitable for one customer may not be suitable for another.
We do not guarantee that every product will satisfy every personal preference, expectation or physical requirement.
Where you have a medical condition, material sensitivity, allergy, implanted device or another concern affecting product suitability, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.
Our customer-support team may provide general product information but does not provide medical diagnosis or personalised medical advice.
Body-Safe Materials
We aim to provide clear material information based on details supplied by manufacturers, importers or distributors.
Descriptions such as “body-safe,” “skin-safe” or similar expressions refer to available product and supplier information and do not mean that a product is guaranteed to be suitable for every individual.
Customers with known allergies or material sensitivities must carefully review the product materials.
You should discontinue use immediately if you experience burning, irritation, swelling, numbness, unusual discomfort or an allergic reaction.
Do not use a product when the material has cracked, peeled, become sticky, changed texture or otherwise deteriorated.
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Information available through the website, blog, FAQs, product descriptions, WhatsApp support or other communication channels is provided for general informational and product-support purposes.
It is not intended to:
- Diagnose a condition.
- Replace professional medical advice.
- Prescribe treatment.
- Cure or prevent disease.
- Guarantee a physical or emotional outcome.
- Replace manufacturer instructions.
You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when you are pregnant, have recently given birth, have undergone surgery, experience ongoing pain, use an implanted medical device or are uncertain whether a product is suitable.
Stop using a product and seek appropriate medical assistance when use results in injury, bleeding, severe pain, allergic reaction or another unexpected health concern.
Lawful and Consensual Use
Products purchased from the website must be used only by consenting adults and for lawful purposes.
You must not use any product:
- With or in connection with a minor.
- Without the informed consent of every adult involved.
- To threaten, injure, exploit or control another person.
- For illegal surveillance or recording.
- In a manner that violates another person’s dignity or privacy.
- In breach of applicable criminal or civil law.
- Contrary to manufacturer warnings.
- In a manner that is reasonably likely to cause injury.
You are personally responsible for ensuring that use of a product is lawful, consensual and appropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse service where we reasonably suspect exploitation, non-consensual use, fraud or unlawful activity.
Product Safety
You must read the product manual, warning label and cleaning guidance before use.
Customers should:
- Inspect the product before each use.
- Use only compatible chargers and cables.
- Keep electronic products away from water unless properly rated.
- Avoid using a damaged product.
- Store products away from children.
- Clean products according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Allow products to dry fully before storage.
- Avoid sharing products unless properly designed and protected for shared use.
- Follow lubricant-compatibility instructions.
- Stop use when discomfort occurs.
Never attempt to repair, modify or disassemble an electronic product unless the manufacturer expressly permits it.
Misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions may affect warranty eligibility.
Prices and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees.
The price displayed on a product page may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how the website and invoice are configured. The final payable amount will be displayed during checkout.
Your order total may include:
- Product price.
- Applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges.
- Cash on Delivery charges.
- Convenience charges, where clearly disclosed.
- Optional gift-packaging charges.
- Promotional discounts.
- Coupon adjustments.
We may change product prices at any time before an order is accepted.
A price change made after an order has been accepted will not normally affect that accepted order.
Pricing Errors
Despite reasonable checks, an incorrect price may occasionally be displayed because of a technical, typing, supplier or system error.
When an obvious pricing error is identified before dispatch, we may contact you and offer the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price.
You may accept the corrected price or cancel the affected item.
We may cancel an order where the displayed price is clearly incorrect and refund any amount already paid.
This provision does not permit misleading pricing, hidden charges or unfair trade practices. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights available under consumer law.
Taxes and Invoices
Applicable taxes will be charged according to legal requirements.
An invoice may be provided electronically through email, the customer account or another available channel.
Where legally required, an invoice may contain the legal business name, address, GSTIN, product details, applicable tax information and other mandatory particulars.
Customers requiring a tax invoice must provide accurate billing information before the order is processed.
We may not be able to change invoice details after an invoice has been generated.
Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:
- Credit cards.
- Debit cards.
- UPI.
- Net banking.
- Digital wallets.
- Cash on Delivery.
- Other methods shown during checkout.
The availability of a payment method may depend on your location, order value, product category, payment-provider rules and previous order history.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all payment information submitted by you is accurate.
Payment Authorisation
Placing an order does not guarantee successful payment.
A transaction may be declined or delayed because of:
- Incorrect payment details.
- Insufficient funds.
- Bank security controls.
- Payment-gateway restrictions.
- Suspected fraud.
- Technical errors.
- Transaction limits.
- Card or UPI authentication failure.
We are not responsible for a payment-provider decision to decline a transaction.
When money is deducted but the website shows a failed transaction, contact your bank or payment provider and inform our support team. The amount may be automatically reversed according to the payment provider’s process.
Payment Security
Payments may be processed by independent payment gateways, banks and financial-service providers.
We may not directly receive or store your complete card information.
You should make payments only through the authorised checkout page and should verify that you are using the correct website.
Our team will never ask you to share:
- Card PIN.
- Complete card password.
- UPI PIN.
- Banking password.
- OTP for an unauthorised transaction.
- Remote access to your device.
Report suspicious communication immediately.
No online transaction system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. You should use a trusted device, private internet connection and updated software when making payments.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders and serviceable locations.
We may impose reasonable COD conditions, including:
- Minimum or maximum order values.
- A COD handling charge.
- Phone or WhatsApp verification.
- Partial prepaid payment.
- Restrictions for selected products.
- Restrictions following repeated refusal of delivery.
A COD order may be cancelled when the customer does not respond to verification attempts.
You should keep the payable amount ready at delivery where cash is accepted.
Do not provide a delivery OTP before physically receiving the package.
Coupons and Promotions
Promotional coupons and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless stated otherwise:
- A coupon may be used only once per eligible customer.
- Only one coupon may be applied to an order.
- Minimum purchase requirements may apply.
- Certain products may be excluded.
- Coupons may expire.
- Shipping and COD charges may remain payable.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Discounts cannot normally be claimed retrospectively.
- Promotional stock may be limited.
We may cancel or correct a discount created through a technical error, unauthorised code sharing, duplicate-account abuse or fraudulent activity.
We will not arbitrarily withdraw a valid customer benefit that has already been lawfully earned.
Order Placement
Before submitting an order, you should review:
- Product selection.
- Quantity.
- Product size and colour.
- Material details.
- Delivery address.
- Billing information.
- Shipping method.
- Payment method.
- Total payable amount.
Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the selected products.
You will ordinarily receive an automated order-confirmation message. This confirms receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch.
We may contact you to verify the order before acceptance.
Order Verification
For customer protection, fraud prevention or delivery confirmation, we may verify an order through email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp.
Verification may include confirming:
- Customer identity.
- Customer age eligibility.
- Delivery address.
- Product quantity.
- Payment status.
- Availability to receive delivery.
- High-value or unusual orders.
Failure to complete reasonable verification may delay dispatch or result in cancellation.
Verification does not mean that we will ask for confidential banking passwords or transaction PINs.
Order Acceptance
An order may be accepted after payment confirmation, internal checks, stock allocation and fulfilment approval.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing error.
- Payment failure.
- Suspected fraud.
- False customer information.
- Duplicate orders.
- Age-verification concerns.
- Unserviceable address.
- Unusually large quantities.
- Suspected unauthorised resale.
- Legal or regulatory restrictions.
- Technical or inventory errors.
When we cancel a prepaid order, we will initiate an eligible refund according to the Return and Refund Policy.
Order Changes
You may request a change to an order before dispatch.
Changes may include:
- Delivery-address correction.
- Product replacement.
- Quantity adjustment.
- Payment-method change.
- Order cancellation.
Changes are subject to operational feasibility and product availability.
After an order enters packing or is handed to the courier, modification may not be possible.
A request sent by email or WhatsApp is not considered approved until our support team confirms the change.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
Where the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the applicable delivery-refusal or return process.
Orders containing specially sourced, personalised or final-sale products may not be cancellable after confirmation where this restriction is clearly disclosed and legally permissible.
When we accept cancellation of a prepaid order, the refund will normally be initiated to the original payment method.
The payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy.
Orders are generally processed within the timeframe displayed on the website. Most deliveries may take approximately three to seven business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of:
- PIN-code serviceability.
- Remote location.
- Public holidays.
- Weather.
- Courier disruption.
- Government restrictions.
- Natural disasters.
- High order volumes.
- Customer unavailability.
- Incorrect address information.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated period but cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date where a delay is beyond our reasonable control.
Discreet Packaging
We understand that privacy is essential for adult-wellness orders.
Products are generally placed inside plain, securely sealed outer packaging.
The outside of the package will not ordinarily display:
- Product images.
- Product category.
- Explicit product name.
- Adult-store promotional language.
- Intimate-product branding.
The shipping label may include information required for delivery, such as:
- Recipient name.
- Delivery address.
- Mobile number.
- Courier information.
- Tracking code.
- Neutral sender information.
- Information required under law.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain discreet packaging, courier systems and payment providers may display a legal, neutral or processor-generated business descriptor.
Packaging Integrity
Products are packed with reasonable care to prevent damage during normal transportation.
Customers should inspect the outer package at the time of delivery.
When the package appears open, torn, crushed, wet, resealed or visibly tampered with, you should:
- Photograph the package.
- Record a video where reasonably possible.
- Inform the delivery agent.
- Refuse delivery where appropriate.
- Contact customer support promptly.
Do not dispose of the shipping label or packaging until you have checked the product.
Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
The address should include:
- Recipient name.
- House or building number.
- Street or locality.
- Landmark where helpful.
- City.
- State.
- Correct PIN code.
- Active mobile number.
Orders may be delayed or returned when the address is incomplete or incorrect.
We are not responsible for a package delivered according to the address submitted by you where the error was not caused by us.
Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delivery to Another Recipient
You may provide a delivery address belonging to another consenting adult.
You confirm that:
- The recipient is at least eighteen years old.
- You have permission to provide their delivery information.
- The recipient is authorised to accept the package.
- Delivery will not expose a minor to the products.
A package may be treated as delivered when accepted by the named recipient or another person reasonably authorised to receive parcels at the address, including security personnel, reception staff or an adult household member.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will generally be shared after dispatch through email, SMS, WhatsApp, the customer account or another available channel.
Tracking may take up to twenty-four hours after dispatch to become active on the courier partner’s system.
Tracking updates are generated by the courier and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.
Contact customer support when:
- Tracking remains inactive for an unusual period.
- The package has not moved for several days.
- Tracking shows an incorrect destination.
- Tracking shows delivered but the order was not received.
We may request time to investigate the issue with the courier.
Failed Delivery
A delivery may fail when:
- The customer is unavailable.
- The recipient refuses delivery.
- The address is incomplete.
- The mobile number is unreachable.
- Entry to the premises is denied.
- COD payment is unavailable.
- The location is not serviceable.
- The courier cannot safely access the address.
The courier may make additional delivery attempts according to its own operational policy.
When an order is returned because of customer unavailability, address error or unjustified refusal, re-shipping or return-to-origin charges may apply.
Delivery Disputes
When tracking shows that an order was delivered but you have not received it, contact us promptly.
We may investigate the matter using:
- Courier delivery records.
- GPS or delivery scan data.
- Delivery photographs.
- Recipient signature.
- Delivery OTP information.
- Communication records.
- Building or reception confirmation.
You must not share a delivery OTP before receiving the package.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but resolution will depend on available evidence and applicable legal rights.
Transfer of Risk
Risk relating to a product passes according to applicable law and the circumstances of delivery.
Where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us, responsibility may transfer differently.
Nothing in this section removes responsibility for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
You should inspect products promptly after delivery and report eligible issues within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.
Because adult-wellness products are intimate and hygiene-sensitive, change-of-mind returns are generally available only when the product is:
- Completely unused.
- Unopened.
- Unwashed.
- In original packaging.
- Accompanied by all accessories.
- Protected by an intact hygiene or safety seal.
- Eligible under the stated return conditions.
A product that has been opened, used, tested or had its hygiene seal broken is generally non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons.
This hygiene restriction does not remove customer rights where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, spurious or materially different from its description.
Opened Hygiene Products
For hygiene, health and customer-safety reasons:
Opened, used, tested, washed or unsealed intimate-wellness products cannot normally be returned or exchanged merely because the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
This restriction should be read carefully before ordering.
Customers must review dimensions, materials, features and compatibility before opening the product.
Where an opened product has a genuine manufacturing defect that could not reasonably have been identified without opening or testing it, contact customer support and provide appropriate evidence.
Each claim will be reviewed fairly under the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Damaged or Defective Products
When a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact customer support within the timeframe stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
You may be asked to provide:
- Order number.
- Description of the problem.
- Photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the outer package.
- Photograph of the shipping label.
- Short video demonstrating the defect.
- Batch or serial information where available.
Do not continue using, charging, washing, modifying or attempting to repair the product after identifying a defect.
Continued use may create a safety concern or affect our ability to verify the claim.
Unboxing Evidence
An unboxing video may help us investigate a claim faster, particularly where a customer reports a missing, incorrect, damaged or tampered product.
However, genuine complaints will be reviewed using all reasonably available evidence.
The absence of an unboxing video will not automatically invalidate a genuine legal claim where other reliable evidence is available.
Customers should preserve the product, original packaging, accessories and shipping label until the matter is resolved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally initiated within the timeline stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Prepaid refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed through:
- Bank transfer.
- UPI.
- Another mutually agreed payment method.
- Store credit only where accepted by the customer.
After the refund is initiated, banks and payment providers may require additional time to credit the amount.
We are not responsible for payment-provider processing delays beyond our reasonable control, but we will provide available refund-reference information.
Refund Deductions
Where legally permissible, deductions may apply for:
- Return shipping on an approved change-of-mind return.
- Missing accessories.
- Missing complimentary items.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Unauthorised use or modification.
- Non-refundable delivery services clearly disclosed before purchase.
No deduction will be made unfairly or in a manner that removes mandatory consumer rights.
Where the return results from our error, an incorrect product, delivery damage or a verified defect, applicable return charges will generally be handled by us.
Replacements
Approved replacements are subject to stock availability.
Where the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
- A comparable product.
- Store credit.
- A refund.
- Another mutually agreed solution.
We will not send a materially different replacement without your approval.
Replacement products may remain subject to the original warranty period or another period required under applicable law or manufacturer terms.
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer, importer, distributor or seller warranty.
The applicable warranty period and conditions will be displayed on the product page or supplied with the product where available.
Warranty coverage may exclude:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage.
- Improper charging.
- Water damage where the product is not waterproof.
- Unauthorised repairs.
- Modification.
- Failure to follow instructions.
- Use of incompatible accessories.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect operation.
Warranty limitations remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Product Authenticity
We aim to source products through manufacturers, distributors, importers or other legitimate commercial channels.
Packaging, logos, manuals and accessories may vary by batch, country of origin, importer or manufacturer update.
When you reasonably suspect that a product is counterfeit, previously used, tampered with or materially misrepresented, contact customer support immediately.
We may request photographs, serial details, batch information and the original packaging to investigate.
Do not destroy or discard the product while an authenticity claim is being reviewed.
Customer Reviews
Customers may be allowed to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, questions or other content.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- It reflects your genuine experience.
- It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- It does not include unlawful material.
- It does not identify another person without consent.
- It does not contain images of minors.
- It does not infringe another person’s intellectual property.
- It does not contain malicious code or spam.
- Any incentive received for the review is disclosed where required.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.
We will not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative.
Licence for User Content
You retain ownership of original content submitted by you.
By posting content on the website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate and display that content for operating, improving and promoting the website.
This licence does not permit us to disclose private personal information in violation of our Privacy Policy.
You may request removal of your review, subject to reasonable record-retention and legal requirements.

You must not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable Website Use
You must use the website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Introduce malware or harmful code.
- Interfere with website operation.
- Scrape product or customer data without permission.
- Submit false information.
- Create fraudulent orders.
- Use stolen payment information.
- Abuse coupons or promotions.
- Harass staff or customers.
- Post illegal or threatening content.
- Attempt to purchase products for a minor.
- Use the website to support exploitation.
- Copy content for unauthorised commercial use.
- Overload or disrupt website infrastructure.
We may restrict access and take appropriate action when these conditions are violated.
Fraud Prevention
We may use reasonable fraud-prevention tools and procedures.
These may include:
- Payment screening.
- Address verification.
- Device checks.
- Transaction-pattern review.
- COD confirmation.
- Review of repeated refund claims.
- Courier-delivery evidence.
- Account history.
An order may be delayed or cancelled where fraud is reasonably suspected.
Fraud-prevention decisions will not be based on unlawful discrimination.
We may cooperate with banks, payment providers, courier partners and lawful authorities where necessary to investigate suspected fraud.
Chargebacks
Customers should contact our support team before initiating a chargeback where possible.
A chargeback must not be used to:
- Avoid paying for a valid delivered order.
- Retain a product without payment.
- Make a false non-delivery claim.
- Avoid an agreed return process.
- Obtain duplicate refunds.
When responding to a payment dispute, we may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including order information, delivery evidence, communications and refund details.
This section does not prevent a customer from raising a genuine unauthorised-transaction or consumer complaint.
External Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, manufacturers, payment providers or informational resources.
These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of websites that we do not control.
A third-party link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every product, claim or opinion on that website.
You should review the applicable terms before using an external service.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may use third-party providers for:
- Website hosting.
- Payment processing.
- Courier delivery.
- Email communication.
- SMS or WhatsApp messaging.
- Analytics.
- Fraud prevention.
- Customer support.
- Accounting.
- Cloud storage.
These providers may process limited customer information to perform services on our behalf or under their own legal obligations.
Our use of service providers is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
This section does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on us for our business operations.

Marketing messages may include:
- New product information.
- Discounts.
- Abandoned-cart reminders.
- Customer surveys.

Cookies
The website may use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Shopping-cart functionality.
- Account login.
- Security.
- Preference storage.
- Analytics.

You may manage cookies through your browser or consent-management options.

Further information should be provided in our Cookie Policy.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical safeguards to protect customer information.
Measures may include access controls, secure connections, password protection, service-provider checks, backups and monitoring.
No website, database, payment system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account password and email account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.

Customer information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- Order fulfilment.
- Customer support.

- Fraud prevention.
- Accounting.
- Tax compliance.

- Consent management.
Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised according to applicable policies and legal obligations.
Certain order and transaction records may need to be retained even after an account-deletion request.
Customer Confidentiality
We understand that order details relating to adult-wellness products are sensitive.
We will not intentionally disclose product information to unrelated persons.
Information may nevertheless be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
- Process the transaction.
- Deliver the package.
- Investigate fraud.
- Handle a complaint.
- Comply with a court order.

Customer support is available through the channels displayed on the website.
Support representatives may assist with:
- Product information.
- Order status.
- Delivery tracking.
- Payment issues.
- Cancellation.
- Return requests.
- Warranty questions.
- Website problems.
Our representatives must be treated respectfully.
We may end or limit communication involving threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual harassment, fraud or repeated abuse.
We will not reject a genuine complaint merely because the customer expresses dissatisfaction.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functional.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The website may become temporarily unavailable because of:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Security updates.
- Server failure.
- Internet disruption.
- Software errors.
- Cyberattack.
- Third-party service failure.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.
Temporary website unavailability will not remove rights relating to an order already accepted.
Website Errors
The website may occasionally contain typing errors, technical issues, outdated content or incorrect availability information.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.
Where an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate resolution.
Corrections will not be used to deprive a customer of mandatory rights relating to misleading information, unfair practices or misdescribed goods.
No Guaranteed Personal Results
Experience with adult-wellness products varies between individuals.
We do not guarantee:
- A specific physical response.
- Relationship improvement.
- Emotional satisfaction.
- Medical benefit.
- Compatibility with every individual.
- Satisfaction based on subjective preference.
Product performance depends on factors including correct use, personal expectations, compatibility, product care and individual sensitivity.
This section does not limit guarantees expressly made regarding objective product features or mandatory statutory rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting solely from:
- Product misuse.
- Failure to follow instructions.
- Use after visible damage.
- Unauthorised modification.
- Use with incompatible accessories.
- Incorrect customer information.
- Delays outside our reasonable control.
- Third-party websites not controlled by us.
- Unlawful or non-consensual product use.
Any limitation applies only where legally enforceable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability relating to fraud, wilful misconduct, defective products, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights available under applicable consumer law.
Customers may have rights relating to:
- Defective products.
- Deficient services.
- Incorrect products.
- Misdescribed products.
- Unfair trade practices.
- Misleading advertisements.
- Product liability.
- Refunds or replacements required by law.
The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provides mechanisms relating to consumer rights, unfair trade practices, e-commerce and product liability.
Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will prevail.
Unfair Practices and Dark Patterns
We aim to provide transparent pricing, genuine consent choices and clear order information.
We do not intend to use website interfaces designed to materially mislead customers into making decisions they did not intend to make.
Customers should be able to review the total payable amount, product selection and applicable conditions before completing checkout.
The Central Consumer Protection Authority has issued guidance concerning dark patterns and has encouraged e-commerce platforms to review their interfaces for unfair or manipulative designs.
Report any website feature that appears misleading or prevents a reasonable cancellation or consent choice.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate the Company for reasonable third-party claims or losses resulting directly from:
- Your unlawful use of the website.
- Fraud committed through your account.
- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- Unlawful content submitted by you.
- Deliberate violation of these Terms.
This provision does not require a consumer to compensate us for loss caused by our own negligence, legal violation, defective product or misconduct.
Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:
- Natural disasters.
- Floods.
- Fire.
- Epidemics.
- War.
- Civil unrest.
- Government action.
- Transport shutdown.
- Courier disruption.
- Power failure.
- Internet failure.
- Cyberattack.
- Labour dispute.
- Supply-chain interruption.
We will make reasonable efforts to reduce disruption, communicate material delays and fulfil, replace or refund affected orders where appropriate.
Suspension of Accounts
We may temporarily suspend or permanently restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- Suspected fraud.
- Security threats.
- False information.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders.
- Chargeback abuse.
- Harassment.
- Unlawful activity.
- Attempts to damage the website.
- Repeated policy violations.
- Risk to a minor or another person.
Where appropriate, we may allow the customer to explain disputed activity.
Account suspension does not remove rights or obligations that arose before suspension.
Account Closure
You may stop using the website at any time.
You may request account closure by contacting customer support.
Account closure may not result in immediate deletion of every record. Certain information may be retained for tax, accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention, consumer-dispute or legal-compliance purposes.
Any open order, refund, warranty claim or payment dispute may need to be completed before the account is fully closed.
National Consumer Helpline
Customers may have the right to approach appropriate consumer authorities where a concern remains unresolved.
The Government of India’s National Consumer Helpline currently provides consumer-grievance channels, including the helpline number 1915 and its online portal.
Including this information does not mean that every complaint must first be submitted through the National Consumer Helpline before other legal remedies can be used.
Informal Dispute Resolution
Before beginning formal proceedings, both parties are encouraged to attempt a good-faith resolution through written communication.
A dispute notice should contain:
- Customer name.
- Order number.
- Contact details.
- Description of the dispute.
- Supporting records.
- Requested resolution.
We will review the available information and attempt to provide a fair response.
This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent legal relief or using a statutory grievance mechanism.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer rights and the jurisdiction of consumer commissions, statutory authorities and other competent forums, disputes will be subject to the lawful jurisdiction of courts in India
Nothing in this provision requires a consumer to surrender a statutory right to approach a consumer commission or another authority having jurisdiction.
Severability
When a court or competent authority finds any provision of these Terms invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent legally possible.
The invalidity of one provision does not automatically invalidate the entire agreement.
No Waiver
A delay or failure by either party to enforce a provision does not mean that the provision has been waived.
A waiver relating to one event does not automatically apply to another event.
Any express waiver must be clearly communicated by an authorised representative.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our written approval where such approval is reasonably required.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a lawful business sale, merger, restructuring or transfer, provided that customer rights are not materially reduced.
Where required, customers will be informed of a material transfer affecting their personal information or contractual rights.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the policies incorporated by reference, form the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the website and purchase of products.
They replace previous discussions, communications or representations relating to the same subject, except for an express written commitment made by an authorised Company representative.
A product-specific promise clearly displayed on the relevant product page remains applicable to that product.
When contacting us, include sufficient information to help us identify the relevant account, order or concern. Never send payment PINs, OTPs or banking passwords through email or WhatsApp.
